I think there’s enough good looking shirts as well. Some of the more simple graphical shirts are very nice indeed.

And don’t forget that at that point, you’re already on Cafepress — you could go make your own damn BT shirt! tongue

In any event, if that disc contains some remix packs of stuff like Paris and Never Gonna Come Back Down… that’s a screamin’ deal and everyone should jump on it. The rest have long since been distributed for free by BPM/M-Audio and the like, and are already available on this site in the downloads section. There’s no reason to pay $26 if it’s stuff we’ve already had access to for the last four years.

PS: Tshirt designs due here sometime in the next few months. It’s not the designs that are difficult, it’s finding a vendor that actually makes quality stuff and possibly having to order in bulk. I’ve been in touch with the company that does the work for Threadless, and getting some pricing schemes. Anyone can get custom shirts done at the mall. We might as well do it right.

Lynne posted the list a while ago already. I’m surprised nobody looked…

Communicate
Ferris Wheel
Force of Gravity
Somnambulist
Superfabulous
The Great Escape

I would LEAP at this if it had, say, Paris, KoS, Kimosabe, or Hip-Hop Phenomenon on it, but I have everything on there except Communicate, which I don’t really feel the urge to remix. Or listen to. At all.

Hahahaha! Nah, it’s just not a special track to me, probably because it shares the whole 4-on-the-floor-with-female-vocals paradigm with SO many other trance tunes (including many of his own), and...well, “Communicate, communicate, communicate, communicate now, communicate, communicate, learn to use your words so we can” doesn’t really communicate with me. tongue Kinda sounds like she’s talking to a 5-year-old at the end there, doesn’t it? Anyway, it just isn’t a track that stands out in my mind when I think of ET. No hate, just meh.

Yeah sure, the original version was a bit of a letdown for me as well considering Jan Johnston did the vocal duties. Expectations were maybe a tad too high in advance. Something great came out of it anyway, the Toksin remix was a huge improvement on the original.

Preach on, you’re not gonna’ find any opposition from me.  ET as a whole left me wanting.

Yeah, considering all those remix files were given away free in the past, it seems unfair to now be charing people for them just because they didn’t get them ‘in time,’ or anything.

Hey do you guys have a copy of the Feris Wheel remix pack to add to the site? If not let me know and I’ll track my copy down. smile

Oh - and some of the shirts have quite nice designs, but the Alpha-BT, and BT List T-Shirts just sceam ‘cheap’ to me. tongue
