umm, sorta confusing. he was rocking the house down (started at 1:30), super enthusiastic, and then towards the end of BMF (about 2:40), he killed the audio and left the booth. Thats all I’d better say here.

===============

Please, someone extend him the invitation to come over here and elaborate in full.

did he lose all of his mojo? i do remember thats what he said to a bunch of us in atl at eleven 50 a few years back...said when he started dating Ashley that he found his mojo, that was a year before e.t.( i think.. )my memory is fading, just like his fan base, now that the true Brian is emerging.

it was sad seeing a superstar DJ and his computer crash friday night. I felt for BT cause you cant prevent a computer crash.

from a chicago dance board… who knows.

That’s why you grab your emergency stash of CDRs and keep the show going. Every DJ I know has contingency gear of some kind, because you just never know.

That’s assuming it was a legitimate crash.

Maybe he had to race to the train to make the 3am Landmark Education “meeting”.

No no, he turned his back for a sec to get a bottle of water or something, and someone stole his laptop!

It’s cool, though, it’s got an apple logo on the back, it should be easy to track down.

well, it didn’t end the show. tima was in the booth when his computer crashed. he just said the music stopped playing, and bt started packing up, so tima popped in the first available cd and started playing. i think this was at about 2 45 or so. we weren’t scheduled to close the night orginally.

from chicago dance board regarding the show ending like it did. This is from the opening (and apparently) closing DJ’s.

I actually went; hadn’t seen him since TBU was released.  While I guess he was “rocking the house down,” it was with a really crappy heavy bass line that went nowhere.  I left very disappointed.

How is that relevant?
