To me that is quite a big occasion…

Sure I’m gutted he isn’t playing Fabric which is my spiritual home, but you can’t be picky.

I put the chance of him actually being there around 50/50, but, again, 50/50 is better than nil.

Well anyway, I’m going so there

it was fun. bt’s set was good, though i had really hoped he’d go all out with a load of his old stuff with it being the first time in the uk for 7 years, and the first chance a lot of his long term fans have had to see him. was wicked to hear flaming june and hip hop phenemenon. some cool up to date-ish tunes - highlights (from what i remember smile) “everything counts (bodzin + huntemann mix)”, “lower state of conciousness (zzt remix). i left pissed off as i was a) pretty wrecked, b) didn’t get to shake his hand and c) didn’t hear mercury and solace or sunblind, but it was actually a hell of a lot of fun. i do hope he comes back soon and manages to resist playing “love comes again” as his encore this time…
