Hi y’all. smile I’m new here, although I’ve been a fan of BT for a while. Nice meeting everyone!

Not sure if this belongs here, but I have a question on TBU. Not the album… but supposedly, the ‘movie’ for it. I have the album (CD+DVD), but I keep hearing this something about a TBU movie. Is it something that isn’t the video clips in the TBU DVD? It confuses me, LOL.

I don’t think anyone fuckin knows.  I mean, according to this…

that’s the only place you could’ve learned of it, or the link via TBU’s wiki.

I’m curious too.  There’s supposed to be a new intro and new song transitions, but I rilly hope we get new video.  Not that the current animations aren’t spectacular.  But a new interpretation would be interesting.  I’d also like to know how widespread the release will be.  Arthouse theaters only, most likely.

BT had TBU screened at several theaters across the USofA and it went over very very well and received accolades upon accolades.  Unfortunately I do not believe there is any other plans at this point to release an “movie”.  However, that would be awesome to see a film set to the music from TBU.

Actually, yes. It was via that page that I first heard about it, then nothing more but scattered comments here and there (mostly pointing back to the DA page with regards to the ‘movie’wink.

It would actually be cool if there’s something visual/film made based on TBU, or maybe something to chain up the existing videos into one flowing ‘story’. TBU, as an album, gives me the impression of a ‘storybook’, with each songs as ‘chapters’… could be nice to see how that pans out as a movie.

Oh man, that would be awesome. I know I would’ve loved to watch it in the theaters. sad I don’t see it happening anytime soon where I live, though. Oh well.

Thanks for the reply. smile
