All charges have been dropped against Ashley in Maryland.  This afternoon the judge in Maryland dismissed the case against Ashley due to the following reasons:

1.  Maryland had no jurisdiction over the case because Ashley, Brian, and Kaia did not have established residence in Maryland. 
2.  Brian also misled the courts by not making them aware that there was an existing custody order in California, where Ashley had been granted 65% custody of Kaia.
