Yup.  That is my take as well.  Very similar to what she has posted over on BTM… There is one specific phrase she uses that makes me believe the person is not American, and either British or Australian.

You’re probably right. I don’t know much about the BTM’ers of today except that a choice few seem like serious tossers.

So Ashley’s Lawyers have gone and filed motions to the effect of “The emergency return orders are bullshit and what you’ve said you can’t actually prove, so if you could go ahead and just cancel those, as well as remove retroactively anything resulting from them, that’d be great.”

that chasingamy looks interesting.  shows a lot of love for BT and Kaia, possible stepmom?  if not BT should look into it.

Kind of strange that the other camp has gone really quiet since it is now obvious that Ashley is not running.  People that are on the run do not have lawyers filing legal motions for them.

So I wonder if all of these media sources that have been picking up the story because “BT” is a celebrity will run a follow up story if the temporary custody order is overturned…

I still think it is pretty horrible that the BT media machine is out there trying to make Ashley look like some horrible person, when, if anything, she has handled this better than anybody else officially involved in the entire ordeal.  She could have been on any of these boards slinging shit about BT, but she hasn’t.  Nobody seems to want to mention that…

Just noticed an update on the BTM site.  Says Ashley was arrested, and the mom is being questioned… Kaia in protective custody..  I guess the counter claims didn’t happen fast enough.  Looks like this will end up being a long drawn out custody battle, not that it already wasn’t… I wonder what kind of fun things we will read about in the case notes.
