its another bogus...the number for the ncic...is a fbi office in west virginia that does fingerprinting and they have no idea about this matter,asked me where i got their number..i was gonna help,said lady we have no idea...and also assured me that this was using tax payers money answering the phone… NO MORE DRAMA..B’the drama queen ...
